Turns out someone had just opened two packets of Parmesan Cheese for their salad.  The smell must have gotten in the venting system and spread around the area.  Now who believes any cheese could be that potent, really!  The funniest part of this is that both EH&S and Facilities have to write this up in their reports! (I think we can safely say, next time ,if there is a real emergency, no one will show up!)

FYII - For those sensitive to molds cheese can be very sickening. So, I do hope that someone will show up if there is an emergency.

Here's yet another for the guppies...and their Dad's....great gift for Father's Day

I Love My Pirate Papa by Laura Leuck and Kyle M. Stone

Please do consider your local Independent bookseller

I hope MTP's young pirates and our other guppie pirates check back and see your book list meant just for them.   I just might take a peek and read them myself!

To Skylarkin, our special new book friend:
My first graders are kicking off National Library Week by reading stories to the public at the library tomorrow.  Guess what we're going to do after the reception?  Oh, yes!  I'm taking the list of Pirate stories for children with me.  This will be an added attraction for them.  Thanks for your interest.  Keep this up and they will be wanting you to autograph the book list we got from you.

We have something in the works.  It will have to wait until I return from Colorado.  I also purchased a few children's pirate books.  The library didn't have too much of a selection.

I just finished Pirates! by Celia Rees.  It's an adventurous, colorful story that kept my attention throughout.  I am now much more informed about piratical life and am fascinated with the "code" and how one could go on and off the "account" as one pleased - that is, if you survived your time at sea.

Thank you, Skylarkin, for this fine recommendation.
